ORPARC Training - Proactive Parenting Strategies: Creating (S)PACE for Better Behavior

May 14
Friday, May 14, 2021 – 10:00am
10:00am - 1:00pm

Presented by Jessica Sinarski of BraveBrains

Kids with tough histories often exhibit some “tough” behaviors, like opposition, aggression, and defiance. It’s a brain thing! Take some time to fill your toolbox with trauma-informed strategies that really work! Participants will walk away with a framework for reaching kids and teens before trouble starts - plus some in-the-moment rescue plans.

Presenter: Jessica Sinarski, LPCMH, is a clinical supervisor, consultant, author and educator. She is a thought-leader in connecting neuroscience with practice in adult-child relationships. Jessica has trained thousands of parents and professionals across the country and maintains a private practice in Delaware, incorporating neurofeedback and attachment-based therapeutic models.

Training provided in collaboration between Oregon Post Adoption Resource Center , Oregon Adoption Resource Exchange, Providence Swindells Resource Center and Oregon Department of Human Services Child Welfare.
