Parents and Resource (Foster) Parents: A Model for Co-Parenting

Available Multiple Dates/Time: May 27; June 24; July 29th (all 6-7:30pm)

Parents and Resource (Foster) parents with lived experience of the Oregon Child Welfare system will come together to describe their challenges and successes in working together to co-parent for the benefit of children in their care. They will share their stories and answer your questions. Common themes for discussion include: providing medical, dental and mental health care collaboratively, strategies for productive, positive communication within families, and supporting parents who are newly in recovery to build natural supports.
