ICWA Part 1

The Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) is a 4 part series starting in March and ending in July. In Part 1, caregivers will gain understanding of the purpose of ICWA; the history behind ICWA; an overview of Federal Policies affecting Native American people/Tribes; Federal ICWA components and Oregon ICWA statute.
