Shoulder to Shoulder provides quality training and networking opportunities for those who work with or care for children, youth and families connected to Child Welfare.

ORPARC is pleased to be one of the partners sponsoring the Shoulder to Shoulder Conference.
The name "Shoulder to Shoulder" reflects the collaborative nature of child welfare work in hopes that joint training would strengthen partnerships to improve outcomes for children and their families.
