Every family experiences difficult moments, but caregivers don't need to face them without tools. This engaging workshop equips foster, adoptive, and kinship caregivers with practical music-based strategies they can use during transitions, challenging routines, emotional escalation, and recovery after difficult moments. Grounded in the CARES framework, participants will learn simple interventions that support regulation, strengthen relationships, and increase confidence in responding to real-life situations at home. Caregivers will leave with techniques they can begin using immediately, regardless of musical background.
