Training:

Regulation Circle

Jun 16
Tuesday, June 16, 2026 – 10:00am
10:00am - 11:00am

Regulation Circles are peer-support gatherings for parents raising children with trauma, neurodivergence, or special needs who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or burned out.

This is a low-pressure, judgment-free space to slow down, connect with other parents who get it, and learn simple, nervous-system-informed ways to support yourself so connection with your child feels more possible again.

Each gathering includes gentle grounding, optional open sharing (no fixing or advice), and practical language around regulation and connection. You don’t need to prepare anything or share if you don’t want to. Come as you are.

This is not therapy. It is support, community, and nervous system care.

All are welcome. Free to attend. Registration required.
