Experience the power of present moment awareness through a brief, guided Polyvagal-Informed Embodied Mindfulness (PIEM™) session. Embodied mindfulness is a powerful way to support nervous system regulation. During this session, you’ll explore recruiting stability, cultivating safety, moving toward acceptance, building self-compassion, and staying curious.

Everything offered is invitational. You are empowered to move at your own pace, with the freedom to choose—including the option to opt out at any time.
