Adoption doesn't end with placement. They come with lifelong grief, loss, identity questions, and emotional needs that can’t be fixed, but can be supported. In this webinar, adoptee and Identity and Parenting Different founder Isaac Etter explores what adoptees actually need most from the adults raising them. Drawing from lived experience and years of post-adoption training, Isaac helps parents reframe behavior, understand trauma and grief, and learn how curiosity, emotional safety, and repair build lasting connection.
This session is for parents who want to move beyond perfectionism and quick fixes and learn how to walk alongside their child with honesty, compassion, and confidence.
