We’re excited to co‑host a meaningful training with Squibb Counseling on March 3rd from 6–7:30pm, focused on the emotional side of transitioning to adulthood for youth with disabilities.

This season of life can bring big feelings - uncertainty, anxiety, excitement, grief, hope, and caregivers often carry a unique emotional load.

This training offers a supportive space to explore those experiences and build tools that strengthen both youth and family well‑being.

During this session, you will:

  • Strengthen caregiver emotional awareness and stress management
  • Redefine “letting go” while maintaining necessary supports
  • Recognize and respond to youth anxiety and emotional overwhelm
  • Support self‑advocacy and goal alignment
  • Promote motivation and community engagement

Whether you’re preparing for transition soon or already in the thick of it, this conversation is designed to meet you where you are.

Interpretation available if requested before February 27th. Questions, need help registering, or need accommodations? 541-548-8559 or info@codsn.org
