PG-13 is a relaxed, welcoming space created by Hanna Steigman, an adoptee and the founder of HairSpiracy. This event is designed for teens to feel comfortable, ask questions, and learn in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

During the event, we’ll go over a few simple hairstyles, basic hair care, and how to part and manage hair—especially curls and coils. Teens are encouraged to ask questions and learn at their own pace. This is not a formal class, just an easygoing space to learn together. We will also spend time on journaling and reflection, along with flower arranging as a creative, calming activity. There will be girl talk and open conversation, with sharing always optional. The goal is to create a space where teens feel safe, supported, and free to be themselves.

Any ORPARC teen attends for FREE - contact orparc@nwresource.org for sponsorship!
