Training:

A gentle introduction to Migrating Toward Wholeness™: A trauma-informed space for reflection, writing, and connection

Feb 16
Monday, February 16, 2026 – 4:00pm
4:00pm - 5:00pm

These free monthly drop-in circles offer a welcoming, low-pressure space for reflection, writing, and connection. They are designed for adoptees, people impacted by adoption, and anyone navigating trauma, identity, grief, or belonging.

Each gathering follows the same grounding, trauma-informed structure:

  • A brief welcome and somatic check-in
  • A short teaching grounded in the Migrating Toward Wholeness™ framework
  • Guided writing and reflection
  • Optional sharing (always invited, never required)

There is no preparation needed. You do not have to speak if you don’t want to. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Who These Circles Are For/ These circles are open to:

  • Adoptees
  • People impacted by adoption in any way
  • Trauma-impacted individuals seeking reflection, connection, and nervous-system–aware care

Some people attend once. Others return regularly. Some discover they want deeper, more sustained support through 1:1 coaching or retreats. All of these paths are welcome.

This space is meant to be a threshold; a place to arrive, breathe, and begin.

What This Space Is (and Isn’t)

  • This is:
    • A relational, trauma-informed writing and reflection space
    • Grounded in embodiment, presence, and narrative healing
    • Gentle, spacious, and intentionally paced
  • This is not:
    • Group therapy
    • A place where you are expected to overshare or perform anything
    • A space where you are required to “fix” anything or move faster than feels right

Upcoming Drop-In Circles (January–June 2026)

You’re welcome to join one or return as often as you’d like. All Circles are at 7pm EST.
