In this workshop, Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant and foster/adoptive parent Allison Ezell will share insights from her family’s journey through foster care and adoption and offer practical, trauma-informed strategies to help kids feel truly safe at bedtime. You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of what’s behind bedtime battles, along with tools to create more peace, connection, and rest for everyone in your home.

Allison Ezell, M. Ed. is a wife and mom of four through birth, foster care adoption, and international adoption. After spending over a decade in the classroom as an educator and trying to navigate her adopted son’s sleep struggles without the guidance she needed, she decided to take a leap and get certified as a Pediatric Sleep Consultant and Foster/Adoption Sleep Consultant in 2021.
