In today's digital age, technology is woven into nearly every part of our children's lives- from classrooms to living rooms, and everywhere in between. But how is this constant connectivity shaping their brains, and what does this mean for behavior and well-being?

This presentation is designed for caregivers and professionals who want to better understand how screen time, digital media, and social platforms are influencing brain development in children and teens. We will explore what current neuroscience and developmental psychology research reveals about attention, emotional regulation, sleep, and how overexposure to screens and social media may impact overall mental health and brain development.
