Embracing a multifaceted, appreciative approach is vital when developing belonging and empowerment in foster care and adoption. Accordingly, this webinar will provide both what the appreciative family looks like and how we can maximize a partnership between family, children, and community. Via a combination of personal and professional experiences in foster care and adoption, Dr. Ronald Ferguson will provide the lessons learned and promising practices towards achieving an appreciative atmosphere in foster care and adoption.
