Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)

The training covers how our brain and nervous systems develop through what we experience, how trauma and overwhelming stress impact development, how we pass down traits from one generation to the next through the expression of our DNA, the ACEs Study itself and then an overview of the science of resilience, including specific tools to increase resilience.
