Caregiver Stress: The SMART Approach

This training teaches the Simple and sustainable, Mindful, Accessible, Renewing; Rejuvenating Timely and Tuned (SMART) approach to relieving stress. Participants complete a Customized Stress Relief Profile to document skills and techniques that can be used in the future as they care for Oregon’s children
