Trauma: The Impact on the Mind and Body

Participants will learn and discuss Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE’s) and their impact on health outcomes; how trauma rewires the brain; and much more. Participants will also learn tips and tools for assisting children in regulating their nervous system to minimize the body’s stress response.
