In this introduction to trauma training we will discuss various types of
trauma and its effect on the brain, body, and health. We will explore trauma as it relates to behavior and learn how to identify ways to reduce episodes of re-traumatization of survivors. Topics include types of trauma, affects on health and behaviors, survivor activation, re-traumatization, trauma informed practices.

Cost is $55 with limited scholarships available for families. Light morning refreshments and lunch will be provided.
