Response & Support Network (RSN) and Clarvida

With an ORPARC referral, through this family-friendly, trauma-informed partnership, RSN and Clarvida supports are free for eligible post permanency families.

Response & Support Network (RSN)

ORPARC can refer eligible adoptive and state guardianship families in Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas Counties to the Response & Support Network (RSN) program for a rapid, compassionate response. All services are FREE of charge! Email ORPARC@nwresource.org to get referred today.

Referrals can provide:

  • In-home visits & support from Clarvida
  • Parent mentoring
  • Youth mentoring
  • Skills training for youth
  • On-call crisis support
  • Flexible funds for immediate needs (as available)
  • Referral to mental health services through Catholic Community Services (for families with OHP insurance)

ORPARC can also refer eligible adoptive and state guardianship families in the below counties to Child Specific Caregiver Supports or to Youth Mentoring & Skill Building services through Clarvida. All services are FREE of charge! Families with an open ODHS CPS case can only be referred by a caseworker. Email ORPARC@nwresource.org to get referred today.
