Better Together: Exploring Mental Health is a new initiative devised for tough times. The aim of the video series is to help us all with our mental health and to provide a sounding board for any difficult questions you may have on the themes we cover. Each Wednesday we have enlisted expert authors to give half hour bite-sized talks throughout the day on specific subjects within an overall theme.

Better Together is made possible by collaboration between Jessica Kingsley Publishers, Sheldon Press and John Murray Learning. With authors from each publishing house contributing to the overall series.
