FACT Oregon would like to exten an invitation for an upcoming parent listening session regarding transition services in Oregon since the Lane v Brown settlement.
Meet with the attorneys from the Department of Justice, as well as the independent reviewer for the case, to learn a little more about what transition supports have looked like for youth experiencing disabilities in the last few years.
This is your time to speak openly regarding education, vocational rehabilitation, county and brokerage case management services, and all other resources and supports that may apply to the transition into adulthood!
If you are unfamiliar with the Lane v Brown case (formerly Lane v Kitzhaber), you can find more information here.
Free event, no registration required!
