Camp to Belong (CTB), an international non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, has been actively reuniting brothers and sisters placed in separate foster, adoptive or kinship homes through Summer Camp Programs and year round events since 1995. The primary goal is to provide a sense of belonging to youth as individuals, and as siblings, giving them opportunities to share childhood memories together and among other youth in the same situations.
   
Child Welfare Information Gateway (formerly National Adoption Information Clearinghouse), a comprehensive resource on all aspects of adoption, is a service of the Children's Bureau and the Administration for Children and Families.
   
Evan B. Donaldson Adoption Institute is a national not-for-profit organization devoted to improving adoption policy and practice. The Adoption Institute is a reliable, unbiased and respected voice for ethical adoption practices that respect all people touched by adoption. The Mission of the Institute is to Improve the quality of information about adoption, enhance the understanding and perception of adoption, and advance adoption policy and practice.
   
The Learning Center, presented by the National Adoption Center, is the home of the Adoption RoadMap. The overall goal of the NAC's Adoption RoadMap - Family Preparation Course is to prepare adults for the adoption process and for parenting adopted children, especially children with special needs, through a convenient online study method called distance learning.
   
National Child Welfare Resource Center for Adoption (NCWRCA) provides information to aid with special needs adoption programs as well as resources available through the NCWRCA. Also offered are web links to other helpful organizations and publications with a particular emphasis on working with special needs adoption.
   
National Child Welfare Resource Center for Youth Development (NCWRCYD) increases the capacity and resources of states and Tribes to effectively help youth in care establish permanent connections and achieve successful transitions to adulthood. The Center bases its technical assistance and training around the following four core principles: youth development, collaboration, cultural competence, and permanent connections.
   
National Resource Center for Family-Centered Practice and Permanency Planning at the Hunter College School of Social Work, in collaboration with our partners at the Child Welfare League of America and the National Indian Child Welfare Association, is a training, technical assistance, and information services organization dedicated to help strengthen the capacity of state, local, Tribal and other publicly administered or supported child welfare agencies to: institutionalize a safety-focused, family-centered, and community-based approach to meet the needs of children, youth and families.
   
National Resource Center for Special Needs Adoptions - Spaulding for Children is a national resource that provides training, consultation and information materials for professionals, organizations and adoptive parents.
   
North American Council on Adoptable Children (NACAC) is committed to meeting the needs of waiting children and the families who adopt them.
