ORPARC has professional staff with training and knowledge of adoption and guardianship issues.  Staff provide supportive listening and problem-solving assistance, including systems navigation and parenting consultations.  ORPARC also provides brief case management and in-depth, follow-up consultation services to families needing assistance to avert or effectively respond to crises.
